Today Stanley and I headed to Mommy-Baby yoga. It is mostly yoga for the mommy, but at the end Stanley did enjoy his little yoga session (mostly just me moving his hands and feet around). If you were wondering, Mommy-baby pilates is just down the street. So San Fran :-)
